The job

This includes on-site supply chain company verification.You make sure suppliers continue to develop and implement best practice that:

The job in details

  • strategy and development:
    • you contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
    • you contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Supplier Quality activities
  • general and task management:
    • you lead supplier development strategy, designing the metrics for the function and supplier performance
    • you carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP)
    • you work with the Engineering (Design and system Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements
    • you support Purchasing with the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks
    • you support new product launches to ensure suppliers can deliver to the required quality standards
    • you manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues

Project Engineer Waterways

EQUANS, de nieuwe naam van ENGIE Solutions in België, is voor Waterways North in Aartselaar op zoek naar een Project Engineer Waterways North. Waterways North legt zich toe op de elektrische, elektronische en elektromechanische installaties van bruggen, sluizen en stuwen op de bevaarbare en onbevaarbare waterlopen in het noorden van het land. Het departement profileert zich als specialist op het gebied van engineering en projectmanagement voor de realisatie, bewaking en afstandsbediening van deze kunstwerken. Als Project Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, configureren en in bedrijf nemen van elektromechanische projecten, individueel of in team. Wat houdt dit precies in?

Process Solutions is binnen EQUANS het toonaangevende departement voor industriële automatisering. Gezien onze groei zijn wij dringend op zoek naar een Electrical Engineer (Eplan) om ons team te versterken. Maintenance Engineer Reliability (Electromechanical for Offshore Services)

ENGIE Solutions - Offshore Wind is looking for a Maintenance Engineer Reliability (Electromechanical) to become a recognized expert and preferred solution provider for monitoring & maintenance (M&M) activities on offshore HV substations, Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) and Transition Pieces (TP). Your work location is Hoboken & sporadically offshore missions.The HV substations, are the hub for collection and transformation of wind-turbine generated power. Because of their remote operation, reliability plays a primordial role.As a Maintenance Engineer Reliability, you will deal with such vital equipment as: MV/HV transformers and switchgear; backup and auxiliary power supply systems; cranes; Fire Protection Systems, HVAC and Control SCADA. 
Your basic mission:

  • definition and continuous improvement of monitoring & maintenance strategies and programs for offshore substations based on O&M manuals from equipment- & system suppliers and internal and external return of experience, taking into account the specific offshore conditions and related technical requirements, contractual obligations, a balanced risk/cost assessment and the expected level of reliability
  • guidance and support of the operational M&M teams as a technical expert on complex or recurrent M&M issues
