Project Manager Engineering
Wij zoeken een Project Manager Engineering voor Houthalen.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het engineeringluik van glasvezelprojecten. Telkens in overeenstemming met de financiële middelen, zoek je naar zo’n efficiënt mogelijke taakverdeling om de opgelegde deadlines van de klant te kunnen waarborgen. Hiervoor is een correcte administratieve opvolging (bv. voor het bepalen van mankrachten, behalen van deadlines …) noodzakelijk. Naast je teamleden werk je nauw samen met de constructietak van het project.
Wat ga je precies doen?
- het aanspreekpunt vormen voor de klant om statussen (o.a. betreffende surveys, vergunningen, designopleveringen) te rapporteren
- de prioriteiten in de verschillende teams doorgeven en opvolgen, in overeenstemming met de financiële middelen
- een hechte tandem vormen met de Constructie Project Manager en de opvolging van diens planning bewaken
- het binnenkomend werk valideren en dit efficiënt onder het eigen team en de aannemers verdelen
- je belangrijkste klant is de interne constructieafdeling. Alles moet in het werk gesteld worden om deze afdeling te voorzien van de noodzakelijke designs en uitvoeringsplannen zodat de projectdoeleindes bereikt worden
- afstemmen met het designteam voor het finaliseren van de as-builts
- proactief alle noodzakelijke informatie bij de verschillende afdelingen vergaren en as-built dossiers compleet opleveren
- de vertaalslag van engineering naar constructie maken

- master in een technische richting of gelijkgesteld door ervaring
- ervaring in een engineeringomgeving is een plus
- ervaring in een aannemersomgeving in de infrastructuursector is een plus

Process Manager
Are you an organized and meticulous person who wants to join our organization as a Process Manager, specializing in “Check-in at Work” and “Declaration of Works”? In this role, you will be in charge of providing transversal operational support and acting as the central contact person for the business, Agoria and the ONSS/RSZ in Belgium.
Your main goal will be to ensure proper monitoring and compliance with Belgian Social Security legislation related to the Check-in at Work registration and Declaration of Works.

- check-in at Work Process Management:
- defining and implementing the Check-in at Work Process for Equans Belux
- being the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and ONSS/RSZ regarding the Check-in at Work system
- training and educating stakeholders on the registration process, making sure they comply with daily registration requirements
- monitoring and verifying the accuracy of registration data and solving any discrepancies or issues promptly
- working together with internal teams and external stakeholders to address technical or operational challenges related to the Check-in at Work system
- staying updated with the latest developments and changes in the Check-in at Work regulations and implementing necessary adjustments in the organization’s processes
- declaration of Works Oversight:
- defining and implementing the Declaration of Works Process for Equans Belux
- managing the Declaration of Works process, making sure all relevant workplaces subject to compulsory attendance registration are properly declared
- coordinating with internal departments to gather accurate information about worksite declarations and enforcing updates or corrections accordingly
- conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with the Declaration of Works requirements
- liaising with Agoria, ONSS/RSZ, and other regulatory bodies to address any inquiries or issues related to the Declaration of Works
- compliance and reporting:
- having a comprehensive understanding of Belgian Social Security legislation and its implications for the organization
- developing and implementing internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- preparing regular reports and documentation related to Check-in at Work registrations and Declaration of Works, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements
- collaborating with the legal and HR teams to ensure adherence to labor and employment laws, specifically related to social security

Senior Project Manager – Industrial Energy Projects South
Pour la bonne gestion et suivi des projets de notre département basé à Fleurus, Equans recherche un Senior Project Manager.
Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous restez actif au bureau lors de l’engineering & les processus d’offres, et sur site lors du lancement et déroulement du projet. Pendant la phase d’offres, vous agissez en tant que Bid Manager, et devenez le Project Manager une fois l’account obtenu.
Quelles sont les tâches quotidiennes d’un Senior Project Manager ?
- aspects techniques :
Nos projets concernent des installations thermiques et énergétiques impliquant un large éventail de techniques : process, génie civile, acier, équipements, tuyauterie, électricité, automatisation… - aspect de gestion :
Vous avez la responsabilité finale de votre projet et êtes responsable des aspects contractuels.
Ce faisant, vous veillez à la sécurité et au respect des exigences contractuelles (performances, qualité ...), des deadlines et du budget. Si nécessaire, vous pouvez vous appuyer sur le département juridique ou HSE.
Vous rendez compte à votre hiérarchie de manière régulière. - aspects commerciaux :
En fonction de la taille du projet, la durée varie de quelques mois à plusieurs années.
L'objectif est de maintenir en permanence une bonne relation commerciale avec le client.
En outre, avec l'aide du département achats, vous gérez les contrats avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants, en indiquant toujours clairement les objectifs attendus. - équipe :
Une équipe pluridisciplinaire (process, ingénierie, conception, mécanique, électricité, ...) est constituée au démarrage d’un projet. Vous avez pour tâche de la gérer, de l’encadrer et de la motiver ; un bon esprit d'équipe étant essentiel à cet égard.

- diplôme d'Ingénieur industriel ou civil, ou équivalent par expérience pertinente en gestion de projets industriels
- minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet et d’équipe

- vous vous exprimez en français, en néerlandais et en anglais. La connaissance de l'allemand est un atout

- circuit vapeur/eau pour la production d'énergie sous forme de chaleur et d'électricité à l'aide d'une turbine à vapeur
- optimisation du rendement de chaudières par un abaissement de la température des gaz de combustion et une production supplémentaire de vapeur à basse pression
- utilisation de chaleur résiduelle pour alimenter un réseau de chaleur
- utilisation de gaz de synthèse pour la production d’énergie

Synergiecoördinator FTTH
Het Telecom departement van Equans, gevestigd in Houthalen, zoekt een Synergiecoördinator.
Onze activiteiten situeren zich op vlak van telecommunicatie en installatie van glasvezel etc. Je zal ingezet worden op het project 'Proximus Fiber to the Home'.
Als Synergiecoördinator organiseer en leid je diverse werven in overeenstemming met de financiële middelen. Afhankelijk van de grootte van de werf ben je verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van een gedeelte of voor alle werkzaamheden.
Naast de coördinatie op de werf zelf, verzeker je ook de administratieve opvolging, bijvoorbeeld voor het bepalen van mankracht of materieel, voor het opmaken van vorderingsstaten of werkstaten of voor de voorbereiding van werfvergaderingen.
Verschillende uitvoerende taken waarmee je in aanraking komt: graafwerken, plaatsen buizen en leidingen, blazen glasvezelkabels, plaatsen kabels tegen façade, uitvoeren binneninstallaties én afmonteren (“lassen”) glasvezelkabels.
Wat houdt je takenpakket precies in?
- je volgt de synergiewerken mee op om samen de werken te kunnen aanvatten
- je bent (mede)verantwoordelijk voor de technische en administratieve voorbereiding in het kader van de synergiën bij de constructie
- je staat in voor de aanvragen, planningen in het kader van de projecten
- je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de diverse stakehouders
- regelmatige rondgang op de werven, opvolging en controle van de werkzaamheden volgens de vooropgestelde normen inzake uitvoering, kwaliteit en veiligheid
- voor- en nacalculatie van de projectonderdelen, de rentabiliteit bewaken, meerwerken vorderen, financiële afwijkingen tijdig rapporteren
- controle op de correcte toepassing van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en het gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen
- uitvoeren Toolboxmeeting, houden van veiligheidsinspecties, raadplegen en naleven veiligheidsplan
- site surveys houden en verslagen maken, inclusief budgetering/voorcalculatie
- werkvoorbereiding, uitvoeringsdossiers klaarmaken (vergunningen, uitvoeringsplannen, gevaarlijke situaties enz.)
- bestellen en verdelen van het nodige materiaal, materieel en voertuigen
- toezicht op correct en zorgzaam gebruik van de materialen
- controle werfrapportage op juistheid en volledigheid
- het bijwonen van werfvergaderingen en het onderhouden van contacten met de klant/gemeente, kick-off, uitvoering en oplevering
- je rapporteert aan de Project Manager

- je bent in staat mee te denken, zowel in de richting van de opdrachtgever als de eindgebruiker
- je bent communicatief en klantgericht
- je bent stressbestendig
- je spreekt heel goed Nederlands & Frans en goed Engels
