Voor het renovatieproject van de Beverentunnel gelegen op de R2, het noordelijke deel van de Antwerpse ring in het havengebied, zoeken wij een Planner.

Je staat binnen deze totaalrenovatie in voor zowel de korte- als langetermijnplanning en organisatie.

Wat houdt deze job precies in?

  • je stelt in nauwe samenwerking met de Project Manager een langetermijnplanning op voor de volledige scope van Equans. Hierbij houd je rekening met alle mogelijke randvoorwaarden (beschikbaarheid ruimte, tijd, ressources ...)
  • je beheert deze planning doorheen het project en houdt deze, in samenspraak met de Project Manager en coördinatoren, steeds up-to-date
  • je staat in voor de integratie in de globale projectplanning. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met onze partners
  • je beheert tijdens de constructiefase een Last Planner Systeem samen met de partners
  • je vertaalt onze langetermijndoelen in concrete werkpaketten en volgt hun voortgang dagelijks mee op
  • je rapporteert aan de Project Manager en fungeert dagdagelijks als zijn/haar rechterhand

Wat heb je nodig om ons team te vervoegen?

  • je bent bachelor of industrieel ingenieur elektriciteit of elektromechanica
  • je hebt minimum een 5-tal jaar relevante werkervaring waardoor je een goed beeld hebt op het reilen en zeilen binnen een constructieproject
  • naast Microsoft Project kan je werken met de meest gebruikte andere Office-programma’s zoals Word en Excel. Een meer geavanceerde ICT-kennis (SharePoint, VBA, PowerShell, Python) wordt zeker geapprecieerd
  • je bent zeer gedreven, hands-on en pragmatisch ingesteld
  • je hebt een autonome manier van werken in een teamgeoriënteerde organisatie
  • je vertoont sterke affiniteit met de werf en praktische uitvoering
  • jouw sterk analysevermogen stelt jou in staat snel en correct situaties in te schatten en het overzicht te houden in complexe zaken

Samen met enkele elektromechanische, infra- en civiele partners zal Equans de 1070-meter lange Beverentunnel volledig renoveren, in lijn met de Europese richtlijnen voor tunnelveiligheid en klaar voor de klimaat- en energie-uitdagingen van de toekomst. Hierbij mag je denken aan alle mogelijke elektromechanische technieken zoals hoog- en laagspanning, automatisatie, ventilatie, camera's, telefonie, omroepinstallaties, netwerk ...

Nuclear Engineer

Tu es ingénieur, rigoureux et passionné par la technique ? Nous recherchons des ingénieurs pour la fiabilité des équipements nucléaires en robinetterie, en électricité, en instrumentation et en machines motrices pour notre site à Fleurus.

En quoi consiste ce job ?

  • vous monitorez le vieillissement et la fiabilité des composants en utilisant des indicateurs de performance
  • vous résolvez les problématiques mises en évidence dans le monitoring de vieillissement et de fiabilité
  • vous développez et maintenez l’expertise technique des familles/sous-familles de composants qui vous sont attribuées
  • vous définissez les stratégies de maintenance de ces composants et gérez le cycle de vie du programme de maintenance préventive, et veillez à la traduction et au maintien des requis règlementaires dans les plans de maintenance et procédures
  • vous veillez à la traduction et au maintien des requis liés à la qualification des équipements dans les plans de maintenance et procédures. Vous validez les notes de recommandations

  • vous analysez les causes des reworks sur les composants et proposez des actions pour en éviter la récurrence
  • vous participerez activement à la PSR et au LTO de Tihange 3 en collaborant avec l’équipe mise en place

Vous êtes Ingénieur industriel ou civil en mécanique, électricité, électromécanique, fiabilité industrielle, ou équivalent qui :

  • a 5 ans d'expérience en milieu industriel de moyenne/grande envergure, ou un peu moins d’expérience avec beaucoup de motivation
  • aime analyser en profondeur les dossiers techniques
  • maitrise la suite Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access). La connaissance d’un ERP (SAP) est un plus
  • est pragmatique, orienté « résultats » et qui travaille en équipe
  • a une bonne aisance relationnelle
  • est rigoureux et organisé
  • a un bon esprit analytique et de synthèse

Project Planning Engineer Primavera (Offshore Wind)

Equans is looking for a Project Planning Engineer Primavera (Offshore Wind) for Hoboken.

In this role you are responsible for developing, tracking, controling and maintaining schedules and tenders based on the standards developed within Equans - Offshore Wind (Hoboken). In order to achieve excellence in this field, you work in close collaboration with the Project Manager and other departments involved (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, etc) and incorporate their feedback in the preparation of tenders and project schedules.

Your mission?

  • project scheduling:
    • management, development, tracking and reporting of project schedules and tenders based on the input given by the Project team and other parties involved
    • tailoring of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in liaison with the Project Manager and/or other members of the Project team
    • ensure the efficient set up of the project schedule plans at the start of each project in cooperation with the Project Management team and JV partners
    • ensure the timely set up and update of the tender schedule plans during tender phase, in close cooperation with the Tender team, senior project managers, JV partners and client representatives
    • work with the Project team to develop and maintain detailed schedules and to clarify the interfaces for each project between all parties involved
    • trouble-shoot and follow up on potential schedule problems
    • interact with other members of the Project team to collect information on schedule, progress and discuss solutions to optimize the plans
  • reviewing:
    • ensure that the schedules are in compliance with contractual requirements
    • review of schedules provided by JV Partners and preparation of possible corrective actions
    • monitor any deviation from the initial status and perform all activities necessary to make the analysis of any slippage with the Project Management team
    • alignment with Planning/Scheduling team as well as other stakeholders
  • reporting:
    • produce monthly project schedule reports both for internal management and clients

Your talents?

  • technical background such as an engineering degree or equivalent proven experience
  • minimum 3 years of experience as scheduler and at least 2 years of experience in scheduling of complex EPC projects
  • experience in engineering, construction and/or commissioning
  • PMI certification
  • knowledge of Primavera is mandatory
  • knowledge Offshore is a plus
  • capable of gathering and summarizing information from various sources
  • excellent communication skills and reporting capability with strong presentation skills
  • able to work against deadlines, resistant to stress, client oriented mind
  • team player who is driven to display the correct results
  • quality oriented with strong presentation skills
  • fluent in English as well as in French or Dutch

Project Manager (Offshore Wind)

Equans’ Offshore division in Hoboken is looking for a Project Manager (Offshore Wind).

In this role you manage a project from tender handover to taking over by the client.  

You lead the project team for on- and offshore activities. The team consists of an Engineering, Procurement and Construction team. You are responsible for planning, preparation and execution of the works, including HSSE compliance, cost and schedule.

Your team consists of various groups in a matrix organization. You coordinate the overall project plan and monitor all project-related activities. This to ensure that they meet the agreed HSE, budget, contractual terms and quality that is required for delivery to client and in line with the division's targeted business objectives.

The job in details:

  • HSE - execute activities safely:
    • be the leader when it comes to HSE in the project – setting standards, implementing them and raising the bar with the Equans team and contractors, solid implementation of HSE programs that are already started. Consistency in the business unit is essential
  • quality:
    • control inspection strategy and plans - and how it is implemented. Drive closure before sail out. In the end we are here to deliver offshore projects that are unmanned and have minimum 5 years warranty – quality is key to sustain this, so they do not lose value further on
  • integrate project activities:
    • be the leader when it comes to optimizing activities between JV partners – and the wider team.  Integrate activities and manage priorities on a day to day basis. Lead problem solving for items that need resolution. Support to deliver a product, in conformity with division schedules, interface matrix and site activities
  • team management - One Team:
    • lead the overall project team which is formed from matrix staff. Essential is delivery through others. Plan resources and people to have balanced execution teams. Integrating subcontractors & co-workers from supporting services in order to have staff with the proper competencies (knowledge, skills & attitude) at the proper positions efficiently working together as One Team. This requires great interpersonal skills. Providing leadership by motivation, coaching, stimulation and discussing issues that arise
  • client:
    • manage customer/stakeholder relation (depending on Equans or JV role). Managing customer and supplier’s relations throughout project execution. This includes the relation through JV’s or Equans’ side and the contractual position in the joint ventures we have
  • contract compliance & translation:
    • analyze the technical specifications vs. issues that arise with clients. Analyze the path forward and drive closure within an optimal commercial and timing window. Always focusing on the optimized cost vs. execution interpretation of contract specifications
  • documentation & progress reporting:
    • ensure building of baseline schedule. Monitor and drive input & output for complete & accurate progress reporting. Ensure the team works towards the same baseline plan and aligns on targets. Look for critical path analysis to support any actions/mitigations to be taken
  • risk control:
    • identifying risks during the project phase. Plan and implement actions in the wider team and company to control identified risks. Use the corporate risk management systems
  • cost:
    • responsible for financial results once taken over from Tender team. Focus on the right cost for the right product – manage cost via rigorous cost control and define actions were needed
  • offshore works:
    • managing the offshore works in terms of schedules and manning levels required for the offshore works, including specialized subcontractors. Ensuring all offshore works are performed in accordance with local rules, regulations and procedures. This includes ensuring all personnel used offshore have the correct training and competency for the scope of work
  • learn:         
    • support lessons learned, incident investigations and audits that can reinforce the organization by learning from previous events. Be a (positive) ambassador about the impact these elements can have in improving the future
  • contacts: other departments, other division services

What do you need?

  • master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, marine engineering or a comparable discipline
  • knowledge and experience (+5 years) in offshore or electrical projects – or both
  • extensive experience in the technical field of offshore electrical/mechanical engineering
  • experience in managing contracts – FIDIC preferred
  • broad general technical knowledge and more specifically specialized in electricity and instrumentation
  • affinity with piping or mechanical
  • adequate knowledge of mechanical constructions, supporting systems,…
  • hands-on mentality, willing to take up a broad range of activities from work preparation up to contract management
  • ability to analyze multiple sources of data, make connections & create high quality solutions, prioritizing the key issues & consequences
  • ability to functionally manage and give direction to (a team of) technicians/subcontractors and a team player
  • ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to become acquainted with a range of topics
  • show initiative, be persuasive, a self-starter and willing to contribute to expand into new initiatives
  • dynamic, enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated & no 'nine-to-five-mentality'

Lead Design Engineer (Offshore Wind)

We are looking for a Lead Design Engineer (Offshore Wind) for Hoboken.

In the context of the Offshore Services division strategy and within the set framework, the Lead Design Engineer, is part of a team of design engineers who are focused on the design of Offshore High Voltage Substations (OHVS).

In this role you work in multi-disciplinary project teams and are responsible for the 3D and 2D design works related to the EPC delivery of an OHVS.

  • an existing VCA-VOL certificate is a preference

Nous sommes à la recherche de deux Fiabilistes en maintenance pour notre équipe industrie en Wallonie.

Nos équipes se donnent chaque jour le challenge de mettre en œuvre pratiquement des améliorations de maintenance chez nos clients industriels en recherche de performance opérationnelle de leur outil de production.

Ce job de Reliability Engineer est fait pour vous !

  • élaborer et/ou optimiser les plans de maintenance
    • découpes machines, criticité des équipements, modes de défaillance
    • préconiser les tâches de maintenance et rédiger les instructions techniques
  • identifier les postes techniques
    • relevés sur site, docs techniques, fiches techniques
    • codification et introduction la GMAO des clients
    • paramètres de gestion en stock des PDR
  • former et assister le client dans la mise en œuvre des bonnes pratiques
    • gérer et prioriser un backlog de travaux
    • préparer et planifier des travaux dans les règles de l'art
    • piloter au travers de KPI (choix des KPI, implémentation, suivi…)
    • analyser les causes primaires des défaillances (ADC, WhyWhy, Ishikawa…)
  • former et assister le client dans l'utilisation des outils de gestion (GMAO)
    • utiliser des bons de travaux (ordre de travail)
    • créer et déclencher des plans de maintenance
    • gérer des pièces de rechange (codification, gestion des stocks et des réparables)
    • planifier la charge

Sommes-nous un « match » ?

  • vous avez un bachelier en maintenance/fiabilité/électromécanique/électricité, OU un master d’Ingénieur industriel électromécanique/électricité
  • vous avez une première expérience en maintenance (jeunes diplômés motivés ? Tentez quand même votre chance !)
  • vous avez des connaissances techniques générales des équipements et matériels communément utilisés dans l'industrie (de la pharma à la sidérurgie)
  • vous avez de l’expérience en élaboration de plans de maintenance
  • vous connaissez idéalement le logiciel SAP-PM
  • vous maîtrisez idéalement les méthodologies de fiabilité (Root-Cause Analysis, Pareto), avec une gestion des PDR, magasinage, établissement et suivi de KPI’s : OEE, MTBF, MTTF, MTT,… LCM, LCC 
  • vous savez lire, comprendre, et modifier des schémas de type P&ID, électriques…
  • vous avez des notions de travail en mode projets avec respects de planning
  • vous êtes familiers avec les notions de criticité et de modes de défaillance des équipements
  • vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques de base
  • vous êtes capable d’identifier les tâches à effectuer et de les effectuer de manière autonome
  • vous communiquez aisément et êtes capable d’entretenir une relation de confiance
  • pro-actif et rigoureux, vous savez faire avancer les choses, gérer les priorités et faire preuve d’adaptation
  • la sécurité est votre priorité #1

Head of Commissioning Maintenance and Monitoring (Offshore Wind)

EQUANS is looking for a Head of Commissioning Maintenance and Monitoring (Offshore Wind) for Hoboken.

The main objective of the Commissioning department is to test and ensure that the OSS-auxiliary systems of an OHVS are fit for final use, after the construction phase. The commissioning phase must be done safely. The outcome is to be formally accepted by the client (done in time and within budget). The Head of Commissioning leads the different commissioning managers, commissioning engineers and LOTO officers. You provide a clear and manageable work scope to the team members.

The job

  • during preparation phase:
    • contract compliance & translation:
      • analyse the employer requirements, technical specifications, overall project planning and resourcing. Get familiar with the substation by studying the 3D-model and set up a plan of action and a detailed commissioning planning which will be implemented in the overall project planning
    • constructions:
      • support the Construction department by providing technical information/inspection guidelines and startup inspections, with regard to efficient commissioning methods
    • engineering:
      • support the Engineering department by providing technical information with regard to efficient commissioning methods. Review the commissioning plans and relevant documentation. Feed the Lessons Learned database with commissioning experiences
    • commissioning preparation:
      • define the commissioning planning within the project boundaries – ensure links between construction and project LD milestones are established.  Author and owner of the division’s commissioning procedure, LOTO procedure
    • team management:
      • form a team, plan activities in line with hours provided from tender. Ensure functional requirements are understood in the team. Establish relationship with key client staff. During tender phase, the Head of Commissioning is responsible to draft the commissioning procedure, planning and resource estimation
  • during execution phase:
    • HSSE:
      • responsible for the safe execution of the activities under the team's control according to the HSE procedures and instructions
    • permits to work:
      • all activities under the team's control are covered within applicable LOTO/permit to work rules
  • documentation and reporting:
    • responsible for progress and budget reporting towards the project managers and the Board
    • follow up and act on the HSE information which is given via the team. Use of workplace observation system and Safety Observation Cards (SOC) is mandatory in the whole team
    • proactively informing the Project Manager about project risks and opportunities identified by the team
    • verify output from the progress reporting software that this reflects reality. Take action where needed
    • ensuring the quality of the works and documentation
    • carrying out work inspections walkdowns, and reporting of all actions on the yard and projects
  • project closure:
    • together with the commissioning managers you are responible for a clear and neat handover of systems to the client and of the work to the M&M department
    • coordinate simultaneous operations beforehand and take the appropriate actions to ensure safe execution
  • change management:
    • monitor and raise any change to client specification and/or subcontractor scope to project management and Procurement department
    • follow up that the commissioning managers provide a clear overview of all extra works of the subcontractors to project management and cost control on a weekly base
  • internal contacts: team members, other departments
  • external contacts: suppliers, clients, subcontractors

 
Do you possess the following qualifications & skills?

  • graduate or master with electrical specialization
  • a solid experience in project and/or construction and/or commissioning management
  • several years of experience in industrial projects and/or an offshore marine environment
  • experience in QC, mechanical completion and commissioning
  • experience in commissioning activities for industrial projects
  • experience in resource planning
  • broad general technical knowledge, and more specifically specialized in electricity and instrumentation
  • affinity with piping or mechanical
  • adequate knowledge of mechanical constructions, supporting systems,...
  • able to manage good relationships with the client and our partners while monitoring EQUANS’ interests
  • accurate and administratively strong
  • proven leadership capabilities: supervising a large team of managers, engineers, supervisors, foremen and electricians
  • decisive and persistent
  • excellent communication skills: English & Dutch. Knowledge of French and/or German is definitely an added value
