Wat als je kon meewerken aan concrete projecten bij Equans?
Als medewerker binnen het Talent Workforce Transformation-team ondersteun je initiatieven gericht op het aantrekken, ontwikkelen en behouden van talent in lijn met de strategische doelstellingen van Equans. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse stakeholders om transformaties in talentmanagement en workforce planning vorm te geven.
Jouw stagelocatie: Brussel.
Duur: 3 tot 6 maanden – in overleg met jouw opleiding.
Wat ga je doen?
- ondersteunen bij de uitwerking en implementatie van talent- en workforce-transformatieprojecten
- analyseren van personeelsdata ter ondersteuning van strategische beslissingen
- coördineren van communicatie en samenwerking tussen HR-teams en business units
- meewerken aan change management en adoptie van nieuwe HR-tools en processen
- organiseren van workshops, trainingen en interactieve sessies voor medewerkers en managers
- bijdragen aan het rapporteren over voortgang en effectiviteit van programma’s

- master in HR, psychologie, bedrijfskunde, of een aanverwante richting
- affiniteit met talentmanagement, workforce planning en organisatieontwikkeling
- analytisch sterk en vaardig met data-analyse tools (bijv. Excel, Power BI)
- communicatief vaardig en klantgericht
- proactief, flexibel en resultaatgericht
- teamspeler met goed organisatorisch vermogen
