Als Operations Manager neem je de leiding over alle activiteiten in ons piping-lasatelier en vertaal je strategie naar dagelijkse werking en structurele verbeteringen. Je werkt in een technische productieomgeving waar vakmanschap, certificering en samenwerking centraal staan.

Jouw werklocatie: lasatelier Equans in Hoboken (gespecialiseerd in het lassen en de préfabricage van koolstof en RVS piping, en gecertificeerd volgens ISO 3834-2).

Wat ga je doen?

  • coördineren van alle werkplaatsactiviteiten en planning van laswerken
  • aansturen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van een team van fitters en gecertificeerde lassers
  • implementeren van Lean-methodieken en 5S binnen het atelier
  • initiëren en opvolgen van verbeterprojecten rond doorlooptijd, kwaliteit en kosten
  • toezien op naleving van kwaliteitsnormen (ISO, interne standaarden) en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • opstellen en opvolgen van budgetten, inclusief analyse en rapportering
  • bewaken van klanttevredenheid via tijdige oplevering en constante kwaliteit
  • uitwerken van langetermijnstrategieën rond groei, productiviteit, innovatie en capaciteit

  • bachelor of master in (elektro)mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • ervaring met Lean, continue verbetering en 5S-implementatie
  • min. 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een mechanische of productieomgeving
  • kennis van las- en montageactiviteiten in een atelieromgeving
  • sterk in organisatie, planning en procesoptimalisatie
  • communiceert helder en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders
