Als Ploegbaas Bovenleiding stuur je een team aan en werk je mee aan projecten die trams en treinen in beweging houden, met werven in en rond Antwerpen. Je bouwt mee aan betrouwbare infrastructuur en ontwikkelt je expertise in een technisch uitdagende buitenomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je stuurt een ploeg van 6 à 8 collega’s en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering
  • je plaatst funderingen, masten, spankabels en rijdraden volgens technische plannen
  • je voert controles uit en organiseert toolbox- en pre-startmeetings
  • je plant de werken samen met de werfleider en speelt in op situaties op de werf
  • je zorgt voor digitale rapportage en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • diploma in een technische richting; technisch A2 elektriciteit/elektronica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • kennis van bovenleidingwerken of gelijkaardige technische taken
  • ervaring met het aansturen van een ploeg en werken volgens technische plannen
  • digitale rapportage en basiskennis administratie
  • samenwerken met ploeg, werfleider en projectteam
  • bereid om buiten te werken, overdag en ’s nachts
  • rijbewijs B; rijbewijs C is een plus, brevet hoogwerker is een plus
  • talenkennis: het Nederlands; het Frans is een plus
