In this video, we introduce you to part of our support team (HR, Finance, HSEQ, IT and Finance) Our support teams provide operational and/or strategic support to other departments in order to enable them to function efficiently and effectively.

What do these jobs involve?

• Chiara, Business Partner experienced in Human Ressources. Her role consists of anticipating and resolving personnel-related issues, developing effective HR policies and programs, and fostering a work environment conducive to growth and productivity.
• Katleen, Division HSEQ Manager. Her role is to oversee and coordinate initiatives related to health, safety, environment, and quality within an organization, by developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and programs in order to ensure compliance, reduce risks, and improve service quality.
• Jihane, Cybersecurity Expert. Her role is to ensure that our IT systems, networks, and data are protected against cyber threats. This involves implementing security measures and continuous monitoring to prevent attacks, detect vulnerabilities, and respond to security incidents.
• Nicolas, Corporate Controller. His role consists of overseeing the company’s accounting and financial activities and providing financial analyses to guide strategic decisions and contribute to the company’s stability and growth.
