🚴 Episode 6 – Operation Manager: The Equans Tour

Helmet strapped on, timer started, our Operations Manager embarks on a race against the clock. He pedals between priorities, climbs the cols of complexity, and descends the slopes of the unexpected with agility. A true long-distance runner of organization.

In this video, we present the role of our colleague Nicolas. He is one of our high-level Operations Managers! Nicolas began his career at Equans as an intern. Once he earned his electromechanics diploma, he was offered a position as an Operations Manager Trainee. He first worked as a Technician, then took on the role of Team Leader, and finally became the Operations Manager he is today.

What does this job involve? Managing client relationships and overseeing the various teams of technicians on our clients’ sites, providing technical support to technicians, and monitoring installations and schedules.
