🏃‍♀️ Episode 9 – Project Site Coordinator: The Iron Woman

Endurance, coordination, mental strength: our Project Site Coordinator takes on the Equans Iron Woman challenge. Between meetings, construction sites and unforeseen events, she strings together the trials with brilliance. An inspiring performance at the crossroads of sport and management.

In this video spot, we present the profession of our colleague Ellen who started as an external consultant in 2019 at Equans. Very quickly, she wanted to join the organization as an internal team member. So in 2020 she was offered the position of Project Site Coordinator.

What does this job involve? The Project Site Coordinator assists the Project Manager on a daily basis. He ensures the preparatory work of projects (contact with clients, ensures resource availability, develops plans, places orders, ensures scheduling, negotiates offers, drafts implementation procedures, etc.) and oversees the proper execution of the project (work monitoring and on-site inspections).
