Equans Academy, what exactly is it?

Since 2022, the Equans Academy has been supporting everyone who wants to learn a technical trade, improve their skills, or change career direction. It is our way of nurturing talent, whether they are already part of the company or about to join us.

Every year, more than 400 trainees join our teams to receive hands-on training, working alongside passionate professionals.

The Academy also offers training programmes specifically tailored to jobseekers, in collaboration with Belgian competence centres – sometimes even leading to an employment contract.

Our ambition? To create a learning ecosystem where theory and practice come together, enabling us to tackle tomorrow’s challenges together.

Internships and cooperative training

Every year, we welcome over 400 interns within our teams. Surrounded by experts, they enhance their knowledge and learn to apply it in practice.
