Als Teamleader met ervaring in HVAC stuur je ons topteam aan in West-Vlaanderen. Jouw people skills en gestructureerde werkwijze zorgen ervoor dat onze klanten continue service krijgen en de techniekers tot in de puntjes ondersteund en begeleid worden! Samen met hen ben je verantwoordelijk voor een 15-tal multitechnische onderhoudscontracten op vlak van HVAC, elektriciteit, waterbehandeling … in verschillende kantoorgebouwen in de regio.

Jouw werklocatie: West-Vlaanderen (regio Oostende – De Haan).

Wat ga je doen?

  • je staat in voor de organisatie en het beheer van een ploeg van ongeveer 5 techniekers
  • je biedt technische ondersteuning bij de taakverdeling (beheer, onderhoud en herstellingen) en je zorgt voor de nodige administratieve opvolging (preventief onderhoud, afmelding interventieaanvragen, opmaak planning team …)
  • je waakt mee over de toepassing en naleving van de veiligheidspolitiek binnen Equans
  • je ondersteunt jouw team door vijf keer per jaar deel te nemen aan de wachtdienst van een week

  • kennis van HVAC omwille van opleiding, stage of voorgaande werkervaring
