Wat als je jouw technische veelzijdigheid echt kon inzetten in een job met veel variatie en verantwoordelijkheid? 

Als Technieker met een brede technische achtergrond in HVAC en elektriciteit speel je een belangrijke rol in het onderhoud, de opvolging en de goede werking van technische installaties.

Op termijn werk je zelfstandig, maar je kan steeds terecht bij je collega’s en de Facility Coördinator.
Er wordt voorzien in een opleiding on-the-job om je wegwijs te maken in de installaties en projecten.

Jouw werklocatie: verschillende stelplaatsen van De Lijn in Vlaanderen (o.a. Leuven, Brugge, Gent en Hasselt).

Jouw Equans-uitvalsbasis: afhankelijk van en afgestemd op jouw woonplaats.

Wat ga je doen?

  • uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan technische installaties
    (verwarming, elektriciteit, HVAC, koeling en sanitair)
  • opsporen en oplossen van defecten aan o.a. elektrische installaties, verwarmingsinstallaties, luchtbehandelingsinstallaties, ventilatoren en klimatisatie
  • kleine tot middelgrote projecten zelfstandig opnemen:
    • de scope van het project vastleggen en de nodige projectdocumentatie verzamelen (AB-dossier …)
    • onderaannemers contacteren, offertes aanvragen en vergelijken
    • de werken plannen, opvolgen, controleren en opleveren
  • opvolging van lopende (bouwkundige) projecten, waarbij je:
    • mee instaat voor de opvolging en coördinatie van onderaannemers
    • fungeert als aanspreekpunt op de werf en samenwerkt met de werfopzichter
  • uitvoeren van administratieve taken zoals rapportering, opvolging van interventies en documentatie
  • actief meedenken over oplossingen bij technische problemen of afwijkingen
  • onderhouden van dagelijks klantencontact

You’re active on-site with the client, in a team, or independently after training.
