What if you were managing and optimising a real estate portfolio across several Flemish provinces and Brussels, with a direct impact on industrial, logistics and tertiary environments?
You work on buildings that are essential to our activities and ensure their technical, legal and operational performance.
You develop your expertise and collaborate closely with Facility Management, site managers and the Head of Real Estate.
Your work location: West Flanders, East Flanders, Flemish Brabant and Brussels
Your Equans base: Brussels
What will you do?
- manage the real estate portfolio in your region with a focus on cost optimisation
- monitor the portfolio budget, analyse and plan accurately
- establish, coordinate and follow up CAPEX and OPEX budgets
- follow safety, environmental and legal compliance procedures (inspections, certificates, energy consumption)
- monitor the technical condition of buildings together with Facility Management
- intervene in the event of technical issues and align with Facility Management
- visit sites regularly to ensure optimal building management and work closely with the site manager
Do you recognise yourself in this profile?
- master’s degree in management sciences, business sciences, engineering or equivalent experience
- demonstrable knowledge of real estate
- at least 10 years of experience in corporate real estate, familiarity with industrial, logistics and office real estate
- experience with a real estate manager or owner is an asset
- strong coordination and organisational skills
- hands‑on attitude and sense of responsibility
- ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- accuracy, attention to detail and ability to collaborate easily with various stakeholders
- native Dutch speaker, with knowledge of French and basic English
