Als Portfolio Manager Renewables bouw je mee aan de verdere uitwerking en opvolging van Operations & Maintenance-activiteiten voor zonne-energie- en opslagassets, zowel in aanbouw als in werking. Je werkt binnen een duidelijke structuur samen met verschillende teams en partners aan performante installaties en een toekomstgericht portfolio.

Wat ga je doen?
- coördineren en opvolgen van onderhoud en operaties van hernieuwbare-systemen op meerdere locaties, samen met betrokken teams
- uitwerken en toepassen van onderhoudsstrategieën om uptime en prestaties te ondersteunen
- begeleiden van O&M-teams, onderaannemers en techniekers met aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu
- opvolgen van prestaties, analyseren van data en afstemmen over technische interventies bij storingen
- samenwerken met sales, engineering en projectmanagement rond assetoverdracht en life-cycle management
- beheren van budgetten, servicecontracten en voorraad, met transparante communicatie naar klanten
- bijdragen aan vernieuwing door het inzetten van nieuwe technologieën en het verbeteren van processen
- delen van operationele resultaten met management en klanten via heldere rapportering
- opvolgen van klanttevredenheid en meewerken aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het assetportfolio
Zie je een match met jouw troeven?
- bachelor elektrotechniek, hernieuwbare energie of gelijkwaardig
- 5 jaar ervaring binnen hernieuwbare energie
- een eerste ervaring in het begeleiden van teams en multisite-operaties
- goede kennis van hernieuwbare systemen en monitoringssoftware; kennis van SCADA is een plus
- analytisch, georganiseerd en duidelijk in communicatie
- complexe of uitdagende situaties vragen om afstemming, en daar draag je graag aan bij
- interesse in HSE-regels binnen zonne-energieprojecten
- vlot in het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels
