In deze functie ondersteun je het T.E.M. – Technilift‑departement met helder advies, terreinbezoeken en gerichte acties die de veiligheidscultuur versterken. Wat ga je doen?

  • adviseren en meenemen van de departementsdirectie en de hiërarchische lijn rond welzijn op het werk
  • noden, risico’s en verbeterpunten in kaart brengen binnen het welzijnsbeleid van je departement
  • samen met betrokken collega’s HSEQ‑plannen en taakrisico‑analyses opstellen
  • acties uitwerken die veiligheid zichtbaar maken en het veiligheidsbewustzijn versterken
  • regelmatig werfbezoeken en inspecties uitvoeren om de toepassing van regels en wetgeving op te volgen
  • de hiërarchische lijn ondersteunen bij ongevallenanalyses en voorstellen formuleren om herhaling te vermijden
  • contacten onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en officiële instanties om aandachtspunten tijdig te bespreken
  • advies geven tijdens tenderprocessen van nieuwe projecten
  • HSE‑aandachtspunten rapporteren via interne tools zoals One Page, SharePoint en de HSEQ‑app
  • deelnemen aan vergaderingen op entiteits- en departementsniveau om de veiligheidspolitiek op elkaar af te stemmen
  • deelnemen aan het CPBW (T.E.M. – Technilift nv), advies geven bij de aankoop van arbeidsmiddelen en PBM’s en inspecties uitvoeren op verschillende locaties

  • industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • opleiding preventieadviseur minstens niveau 1
  • ervaring van ongeveer 5 jaar binnen installatietechnieken
  • kennis van ISO 9001 en VCA
  • praktische kennis van courante PC‑toepassingen
  • duidelijke en zorgvuldige communicator met een volhoudende en diplomatische aanpak
  • vermogen om anderen te begeleiden en mee te nemen in veiligheidsdoelstellingen
  • teamspeler die graag samen naar werkbare oplossingen zoekt
  • kennis van het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels
