Als HVAC-Werfleider of Ploegbaas werk je op uitdagende industriële werven in Hoboken en neem je een sleutelrol op tussen team, klant en projectleiding. Als HVAC-werfleider of ploegbaas leid je een werfteam, bewaak je de planning en zorg je voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en vooruitgang op de werf.

Jouw werklocatie: werven in Hoboken

Wat ga je doen?

  • fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de klant op de werf en samen met de Project Manager de voortgang communiceren
  • dagelijkse planning en sturing van het werfteam (minimaal 10 personen); coachen, motiveren en waken over veiligheid
  • uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op basis van uitvoeringsplannen en specificaties en opvolgen van de voortgang
  • interpreteren van technische plannen en documenten en zorgen voor correcte uitvoering
  • signaleren en opvolgen van meerwerken en afwijkingen van de scope; bijsturen bij vertragingen
  • materiaalbehoefte bepalen en afstemmen met Project Manager of Project Engineer
  • zorgen voor veiligheid en correcte projectafronding
  • rapporteren aan de Project Manager en optreden als rechterhand
  • administratieve opvolging zoals rapportage, tijdsregistratie en opleverdocumenten beheren

  • aantoonbare ervaring op HVAC-werven als ploegbaas of projectleider (minimaal 5 jaar)
  • kennis van HVAC-principes en basiskennis elektriciteit, mechanica en veiligheidsregels
  • ervaring met projectplanning en aansturen van teams
  • kennis van Microsoft Office en het lezen van technische plannen
  • sterke communicatievaardigheden met zowel team, Project Manager als klant
  • hands-on ingesteld met focus op kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid
  • ervaring op industriële werven is een plus
  • het Nederlands goed beheersen
