Je werkt mee aan projecten op de Brusselse Ring (Vlaams gedeelte), waar signalisatie, LED-borden en camerasystemen samenkomen. Als Project Site Coordinator bouw je stap voor stap ervaring op in een rol waarin techniek, organisatie en afstemming met verschillende partners centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • coördineren en opvolgen van projectactiviteiten zoals studie, installatie, veiligheid en kwaliteit, in overleg met de betrokken teams
  • afstemmen met klanten, werfleiders, collega’s en je projectmanager om de voortgang te bewaken
  • voorbereiden en structureren van dossiers en projectadministratie
  • uitwerken van veiligheidsdossiers en projectplannen volgens de geldende richtlijnen
  • deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en zorgen voor duidelijke opvolging
  • opmaken en actualiseren van technische fiches, budgetten en meetstaten
  • opvolgen van defecten en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve en praktische afhandeling
  • aanvragen en opvolgen van bestelbonnen

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • masterdiploma elektromechanica of elektriciteit
  • bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een projectomgeving
  • kennis van verkeerstechnische installaties is een plus
  • gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werken, met inzicht in cijfers
  • goede kennis van Excel en andere Office-tools
  • analytisch denken en afspraken en deadlines respecteren
  • samenwerken met collega’s en partners, en ook zelfstandig taken opnemen
  • klantgericht communiceren en initiatief nemen binnen duidelijke afspraken
  • rijbewijs B
  • uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven

Being a (Assistant) Project Manager at Equans means leading technical projects that make a visible impact; on-site, at our clients’ locations, and in everyday life. You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
