In de rol van Service Engineer werk je aan programmeren, testen, het oplossen van storingen en het ondersteunen van klanten. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team in Roeselare, waar kennis delen, overleg en zelfstandigheid hand in hand gaan en waar je meewerkt aan installaties die je van dichtbij opvolgt. Zo bouw je stap voor stap verder aan je technische expertise binnen Process Solutions bij Equans, met een combinatie van software, techniek en klantencontact.

Wat ga je doen?

  • uitwerken van projecten met focus op softwareautomatisering, van programmeren en testen tot indienstname bij de klant
  • opvolgen van installaties die je zelf mee realiseert, zodat ondersteuning aan klanten goed onderbouwd is
  • bieden van service bij technische defecten, zowel op afstand als op locatie, in afstemming met het team
  • adviseren van klanten en collega’s over passende technische oplossingen

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • een bachelor of master in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica of energietechnologie
  • ervaring met WinCC, WinCC Flex en TIA Portal
  • een grondige kennis van Siemens S7 en TIA Portal; kennis van Beckhoff is een plus
  • vlot kunnen schakelen tussen software en elektromechanische aspecten in je dagelijkse werk
  • een klantgerichte aanpak en heldere communicatie, met aandacht voor advies en samenwerking
  • graag werken in teamverband en initiatief nemen binnen duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden
  • comfortabel met afwisseling in projecten, service en planning
  • vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en voldoende Engels; het Frans is een pluspunt
