Voor onze klant, de Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), zoeken we een Storingstechnieker die instaat voor onderhoud, interventies en herstellingen aan HVAC‑ en sanitaire installaties op de universitaire campussen.

Als Storingstechnieker maak je deel uit van een technisch team dat zorgt voor een optimaal functionerende gebouwinfrastructuur. Je voert interventies uit, analyseert storingen en garandeert dat HVAC‑ en sanitaire systemen veilig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar blijven werken.

Jouw werklocatie: de VUB-campussen in Brussel.

Wat ga je doen?

  • oplossen van technische storingen aan HVAC‑installaties én sanitaire installaties (depannages & herstellingen)
  • zelfstandig uitvoeren van foutanalyses, reparaties en afstellingen van installaties
  • kleine montage- en installatiewerken
  • opstellen van duidelijke, beknopte servicerapporten na elke interventie
  • correct en professioneel communiceren met collega’s, partners en klanten

  • technisch diploma (elektromechanica, koeltechnieken, HVAC, sanitair of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • kennis van HVAC‑installaties, sanitair en goede basis elektriciteit
  • zelfstandig technische storingen analyseren en verhelpen
  • klantgericht, communicatief en graag samenwerken met collega’s
  • rijbewijs B
  • vlot in het Nederlands

What can you expect? You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair and optimisation of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning). Occasionally, this includes sanitary installations or refrigeration technology. You work according to current safety standards and energy requirements, tailored to your skills and the needs of the project. You’re active on-site with the client, in a team, or independently after training.
