Wat ga je doen?
Je zorgt voor een vlotte coördinatie en opvolging van hernieuwbare energieprojecten met een sterke HVAC-focus, door:
- samenwerken met collega’s en het Business Development‑team om projecten rond HVAC‑technologieën op hernieuwbare energie uit te werken (warmtepompen, warmterecuperatie, natuurlijke koelmiddelen, …)
- ontwerp- en uitvoeringsbudgetten organiseren en coördineren
- HVAC‑werven van A tot Z opvolgen: opstart, aannemers aansturen, werfvergaderingen, planning bewaken, klanten begeleiden bij voorlopige en definitieve oplevering
- meerdere HVAC‑projecten tegelijk beheren en deadlines bewaken
- het commerciële proces ondersteunen bij de opmaak van HVAC‑offertes
- financieel beheer en budgetcontrole verzekeren van lopende projecten

- master in engineering (elektromechanica, thermiek, bouw, energie) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Projectmanager binnen technische domeinen
- kennis van HVAC‑technieken, warmtepompen, warmtekrachtkoppeling, warmtenetten of energetische renovatie; ervaring in een studiebureau is een plus
- sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met interne en externe partners
- klantgerichte communicatie en organisatorische skills
- vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans

You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.
Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
