Wat ga je doen?

  • gecoördineerde opvolging van hernieuwbare energieprojecten met een sterke HVAC-focus
  • samen met collega’s en het Business Development-team HVAC‑projecten op hernieuwbare energie uit te werken (warmtepompen, warmterecuperatie, natuurlijke koelmiddelen, …)
  • ontwerp- en uitvoeringsbudgetten te structureren en op te volgen
  • HVAC‑werven van A tot Z te begeleiden: van opstart tot oplevering, in overleg met aannemers, klanten en interne teams
  • werfvergaderingen te organiseren en de planning gezamenlijk te bewaken
  • meerdere HVAC‑projecten parallel te beheren binnen afgesproken tijdslijnen
  • het commerciële proces te ondersteunen bij de opmaak van HVAC‑offertes
  • financieel overzicht en budgetcontrole van lopende projecten te verzekeren

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • master in engineering (elektromechanica, thermiek, bouw, energie) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectmanager binnen technische omgevingen
  • kennis van HVAC‑technieken, warmtepompen, warmtekrachtkoppeling, warmtenetten of energetische renovatie; ervaring in een studiebureau is een plus
  • ervaring met projectmatig werken en afstemming met interne en externe partners
  • heldere, klantgerichte communicatie en een gestructureerde werkstijl
  • vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans

Being a (Assistant) Project Manager at Equans means leading technical projects that make a visible impact; on-site, at our clients’ locations, and in everyday life. You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
