Jouw werklocatie: projecten in België bij klanten, waaronder het havengebied en de nucleaire sector.
Jouw Equans-uitvalsbasis: Aartselaar – afdeling Security & Audiovisual.

Wat ga je doen?

  • opstarten en begeleiden van toegewezen onderhoudsprojecten zoals beveiligingsinstallaties, CCTV en toegangscontrole bij klanten
  • in overleg met de Senior Project Manager meewerken aan de plaatsing van veiligheidssystemen en de vernieuwing van bestaande installaties (alarmsystemen, CCTV, brandpreventie, inbraakdetectie …)
  • afstemmen tussen de field techniekers en de Senior Project Manager zodat informatie vlot doorstroomt
  • vragen van klanten zorgvuldig en klantgericht behandelen
  • projecten opvolgen en zorgen voor een goede afronding en nazorg
  • meedenken over oplossingen en je technische en organisatorische inzichten inzetten om projecten stap voor stap verder te brengen

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting en minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
  • vertrouwd met projectwerk en interesse in beveiligings- of veiligheidsinstallaties
  • vlot werken met MS Office
  • dagelijks medewerkers begeleiden en ondersteunen in hun werk als peoplemanager
  • sterk in plannen en organiseren binnen afgesproken deadlines en budgetten
  • gericht op het behalen van resultaten, met aandacht voor budgetopvolging
  • helder en respectvol communiceren met klanten en collega’s
  • rijbewijs B en bereidheid om je te verplaatsen
  • voldoende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans

Being a (Assistant) Project Manager at Equans means leading technical projects that make a visible impact; on-site, at our clients’ locations, and in everyday life. You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
