Je combineert projectwerk, organisatie en communicatie en werkt nauw samen met techniekers, klanten en de Senior Project Manager.

Wat ga je doen?

  • opstarten en begeleiden van toegewezen onderhoudsprojecten rond beveiliging, CCTV en toegangscontrole
  • samen met de Senior Project Manager instaan voor de plaatsing van veiligheidssystemen en de vernieuwing van bestaande installaties
  • fungeren als schakel tussen de field techniekers en de Senior Project Manager
  • vragen van klanten correct en klantvriendelijk behandelen
  • projecten opvolgen van opstart tot nazorg
  • actief meedenken over oplossingen en verbeteringen binnen de projecten
  • zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen

  • bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en ervaring met projectwerk
  • ervaring met het aansturen en motiveren van medewerkers
  • kennis van beveiligingssystemen, CCTV, toegangscontrole en veiligheidsinstallaties
  • vlot gebruik van MS Office
  • sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een planmatige aanpak
  • resultaatgerichte instelling, ondernemingszin en ervaring met budgettaire opvolging
  • klantgerichte en servicegerichte houding
  • rijbewijs B en bereidheid om je te verplaatsen naar verschillende klantenlocaties
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans

You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
