Wat ga je doen?

  • uitvoeren van sanitaire installatiewerken en kleinere projecten
  • instaan voor preventief en curatief onderhoud aan sanitaire installaties
  • meewerken aan preventief en curatief gebouwonderhoud
  • opvolgen en afstemmen van onderhoudswerken en interventies binnen de planning
  • samenwerken met collega’s en regelmatig afstemmen met de klant op de site
  • werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • taken opnemen binnen duidelijke afspraken, onder begeleiding van een teamleader
  • bijdragen aan een vlotte samenwerking en zorgen voor kwalitatief afgewerkt werk

  • opleiding in sanitaire installaties
  • brede technische kennis binnen sanitair en montage
  • goede kennis van materialen en toepassingen
  • ervaring in een GMP-omgeving zoals labo’s of industriële gassen is een plus
  • gestructureerde manier van werken met aandacht voor detail en afwerking
  • je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig binnen afgesproken kaders
  • open houding tegenover afwisseling en nieuwe aanvragen
  • correct toepassen van de veiligheidsvoorschriften van de klant
  • duidelijke communicatie en aangename samenwerking met collega’s en klant
  • rijbewijs B
  • vlot in het Nederlands, basiskennis van het Engels is een plus

What can you expect? You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair and optimisation of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning). Occasionally, this includes sanitary installations or refrigeration technology. You work according to current safety standards and energy requirements, tailored to your skills and the needs of the project. You’re active on-site with the client, in a team, or independently after training.
