Als Administratief Medewerker/Codex bij Equans Services draag je bij aan een goed georganiseerde operationele werking in de regio Antwerpen – Mechelen. Je zorgt mee voor overzicht en continuïteit in de administratie, zodat werkorders, bestellingen en rapportering correct en tijdig opgevolgd worden binnen een technische en servicegerichte context.

Jouw werklocatie: Aartselaar, Herentals of Peutie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • werkorders (tickets) aanmaken en opvolgen in Maximo en Sales Force Field Service
  • bestelbonnen en facturatie-autorisaties voorbereiden en registreren
  • het team ondersteunen met diverse administratieve taken
  • wettelijke controles administratief opvolgen en documenteren
  • rapportering voorbereiden, zoals verslagen, KPI’s en SLA’s

  • vlot werken met Office 365 zoals Outlook, Excel, Teams en SharePoint
  • kennis van SAP en COUPA is een plus
  • gestructureerd werken met aandacht voor planning, prioriteiten en afgesproken deadlines
  • duidelijk en collegiaal communiceren met je team
  • zorgvuldig omgaan met verantwoordelijkheden en afspraken
  • aandacht hebben voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid
  • uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en basiskennis van het Frans
