Als ervaren Teamleader met een sterke technische achtergrond in HVAC en elektriciteit neem je de coördinatie op van multitechnische onderhoudscontracten, met focus op HVAC-installaties. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat de installaties van klanten in de regio Leuven-Limburg betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven functioneren, in een goed afgestemde samenwerking.
Jouw werklocatie: regio Leuven-Limburg.
Wat ga je doen?
- een team van ongeveer vier techniekers plannen, ondersteunen en op elkaar afstemmen
- de technische uitvoering opvolgen en zorgen voor een duidelijke praktische organisatie, zoals planning en administratie
- het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor technische vragen en samen oplossingen uitwerken bij complexere storingen
- aandacht hebben voor veiligheid door toolboxmeetings te organiseren, risicoanalyses toe te passen en veiligheidsafspraken te bewaken
- volgens een vooraf afgesproken beurtrol enkele keren per jaar deelnemen aan de wachtdienst en ondersteuning bieden bij dringende situaties
