Wat ga je doen?

  • preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren aan luchtgroepen en ventilatiesystemen
  • storingen stap voor stap onderzoeken, begrijpen en gepast aanpakken
  • occasioneel onderhoud uitvoeren aan verlichting en kleine elektrische systemen
  • uitgevoerde taken en meldingen zorgvuldig registreren in het onderhoudssysteem
  • werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften, met aandacht voor detail
  • afstemmen met collega’s en ideeën delen om onderhoudsprocessen verder te verbeteren

  • een technische opleiding in HVAC, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig
  • ervaring met of interesse in het onderhoud van luchtgroepen en ventilatie-installaties
  • basisinzicht in kleine elektrische storingen en de bereidheid om hierin bij te leren
  • aandacht voor veiligheid en het volgen van afgesproken procedures
  • een werkhouding waarbij je verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en je planning bewaakt
  • bereidheid om occasioneel aanvullende technische taken op te nemen

What can you expect? You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair and optimisation of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning). Occasionally, this includes sanitary installations or refrigeration technology. You work according to current safety standards and energy requirements, tailored to your skills and the needs of the project. You’re active on-site with the client, in a team, or independently after training.
