Wat ga je doen?

  • preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren
  • controlerondes doen in de technische installaties
  • onderhoudswerken uitvoeren binnen de technische perimeters van de centrales
  • kleine tegelwerken uitvoeren
  • verhuiswerken uitvoeren in overleg met het team
  • onderhoud en herstellingen doen aan sanitaire installaties
  • betonherstellingen uitvoeren
  • rolstellingen plaatsen en laten keuren volgens de geldende afspraken
  • laufervloeren herstellen en controleren

What can you expect? You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair and optimisation of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning). Occasionally, this includes sanitary installations or refrigeration technology. You work according to current safety standards and energy requirements, tailored to your skills and the needs of the project. You’re active on-site with the client, in a team, or independently after training.
