Jouw werklocatie: regio Dendermonde tot Mechelen

Wat ga je doen?

  • preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren op technische installaties: verwarmingsketels, ventilatie, regenwaterrecuperatie, sanitair, elektriciteit, warmtepompen
  • werken op een contract van sociale woningen met focus op kwaliteit en continuïteit
  • samenwerken met ervaren collega’s en kennis opdoen op de werkvloer
  • zelfstandig interventies uitvoeren zodra je voldoende ingewerkt bent
  • indien nodig deelnemen aan wachtinterventies

  • in het bezit van een G1-erkenning, Cerga en/of Cedicol zijn een plus
  • eerste ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker in centrale verwarming
  • kennis van verwarmingsinstallaties en aanverwante technieken
  • zelfstandig storingen analyseren en oplossen op verschillende installaties
  • basiskennis administratie rond interventies en rapportering
  • duidelijke communicatie met bewoners en collega’s
  • rijbewijs B
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands

What can you expect? You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair and optimisation of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning). Occasionally, this includes sanitary installations or refrigeration technology. You work according to current safety standards and energy requirements, tailored to your skills and the needs of the project. You’re active on-site with the client, in a team, or independently after training.
