En tant que Senior Business Developer (Facilities & Mechanical Solutions), vous développez un portefeuille HVAC et piping auprès de clients industriels et structurez des projets techniques à forte valeur ajoutée. Zoom sur la fonction :

  • développer la croissance du portefeuille projets HVAC et piping auprès de clients industriels
  • identifier et structurer des opportunités de projets techniques complexes (engineering, construction, revamping)
  • intégrer les dimensions maintenance et exploitation dès la phase commerciale
  • détecter des opportunités en HVAC, piping et utilités industrielles
  • développer des projets : nouvelles installations, extensions, retrofit, revamping
  • analyser les enjeux clients : performance process, disponibilité, conformité réglementaire, efficacité énergétique
  • construire des offres combinant étude, réalisation et maintenance
  • piloter des appels d’offres EPC, Design & Build et Turnkey
  • négocier avec des interlocuteurs techniques et décisionnels
  • développer des contrats intégrant maintenance (O&M, performance, SLA)

Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • diplôme supérieur en ingénierie ou équivalent
  • expertise en HVAC, piping ou installations industrielles
  • expérience de 10 à 15 ans en business development ou gestion de projets techniques
  • maîtrise des projets industriels complexes (EPC, Design & Build)
  • capacité à intégrer une vision maintenance dans les offres projets
  • bonne compréhension des aspects financiers (CAPEX/OPEX, marge, risques contractuels)
  • utilisation d’outils classiques de gestion de projets et suivi commercial
  • aisance relationnelle avec des interlocuteurs techniques et décisionnels
  • capacité à structurer des offres et mener des négociations
  • votre permis de conduire
  • français et anglais courants, base en néerlandais
