Als Meewerkende Brigadier werk je dagelijks ter plaatse bij klanten in België en combineer je uitvoering met coördinatie op industriële projecten. Wat ga je doen?

  • dagelijks verdelen van werkvergunningen en organiseren van werfactiviteiten
  • actief meewerken aan piping- en constructiewerken en bijsturen waar nodig
  • aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten, collega’s en onderaannemers
  • werkvoorbereiding doen rond materiaal, transport en planning
  • prestaties, uurregistraties en efficiëntie opvolgen
  • werfvoertuigen huren, controleren en afwijkingen rapporteren
  • veiligheid organiseren via kick-offs en LMRA’s in industriële omgevingen
  • werken met hoogtes, zware lasten en specifieke veiligheidsprocedures
  • deelnemen aan veiligheids- en vakgerichte opleidingen (VCA, hoogtewerker, vorkheftruck, flensmonteur, verreiker, rolbrug, …)

  • diploma in een mechanische richting of ervaring in piping en constructie
  • kennis van piping- en constructiewerken in een industriële context
  • praktisch ingesteld en graag met de handen werken
  • planning kunnen lezen en goed ruimtelijk inzicht hebben
  • ervaring met werkvoorbereiding en opvolging van werfactiviteiten
  • basiskennis van administratieve opvolging zoals uurregistraties
  • vlot communiceren met team, klanten en partners
  • gedisciplineerde werkhouding en aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • VCA-attest leidinggevende of bereid dit te behalen
  • bereid om op werven te werken en actief mee te draaien in het team
  • kennis van het Nederlands of bereidheid om dit te leren
