Als Junior Project Engineer HVAC werk je mee aan projecten van € 15.000 tot € 1.000.000 binnen het Small Projects segment van Equans, van offerte tot oplevering, in een omgeving van utiliteitsbouw, renovatie en kleinere nieuwbouw. Je combineert techniek en projectopvolging en leert stap voor stap groeien binnen een ervaren team.

Wat ga je doen?

  • coördineren van het volledige projectproces, van voorbereiding tot uitvoering en nazorg, samen met je team
  • uitwerken en opvolgen van de projectplanning, het budget en de kwaliteitsafspraken
  • samenwerken met monteurs, onderaannemers en leveranciers en zorgen voor duidelijke afstemming
  • onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, interne afdelingen en externe partners
  • tijdig herkennen van aandachtspunten in het projectverloop en meedenken over oplossingen
  • bijdragen aan een veilige uitvoering en het correct toepassen van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • ondersteunen bij het opstellen van offertes en calculaties
  • opvolgen van de administratie en rapportage rond jouw projecten

  • een bacheloropleiding is een pluspunt; ervaring binnen de HVAC-sector is een pluspunt
  • eerste relevante ervaring (0 tot 3 jaar) in een projectomgeving of installatietechnische projecten
  • ook ervaring als projectleider zonder bachelor- of masterdiploma is welkom
  • interesse in HVAC-systemen en gebouwgebonden installaties
  • gestructureerde manier van werken en gevoel voor prioriteiten
  • klantgerichte aanpak en aandacht voor kwaliteit
  • betrokken en collegiale werkhouding
  • motivatie om bij te leren en door te groeien binnen Equans
  • vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
