As a Tender Manager, you lead the full tender process, from opportunity assessment to project handover, and help build strong technical and commercial offers. You collaborate with clients and internal experts on mechanical maintenance and facilities projects that make a real impact.

Your work location: our sites in Nivelles, Fleurus or Ans.

Your Equans base: Nivelles.

Zoom on the job:

  • identify relevant business opportunities for the company
  • analyse technical, administrative, financial and legal specifications to understand client needs and constraints
  • develop winning bid strategies and lead cost estimation activities
  • prepare and compile qualification files
  • plan workloads and prioritise tender files according to business needs and team expertise
  • coordinate internal stakeholders including purchasing, legal and technical teams
  • define technical solutions aligned with client specifications and business objectives
  • establish project baselines, planning and procurement strategies
  • identify project risks and opportunities
  • negotiate with clients and key suppliers together with the Department Manager
  • ensure compliance with internal governance and validation processes
  • support the launch phase of projects and ensure a smooth transition from tender to execution
  • guarantee compliance with submission deadlines
  • prepare and participate in project presentations
  • participate in negotiations with clients and engineering firms
  • organise the transfer of awarded projects to operational teams
  • integrate lessons learned from previous projects into future tenders
  • manage bid tracking through CRM tools
  • lead sales meetings and reporting activities
  • prepare risk committees and approval processes
  • structure and optimise tender preparation across the team
  • visit clients proactively to better understand their challenges and expectations
  • monitor the market and identify new business opportunities

Come as you are, ideally with:

  • master’s degree
  • experience in project management and/or bid management
  • knowledge of maintenance & facilities services
  • ability to analyse technical specifications, contractual obligations and technical documentation
  • comfortable with current digital tools and CRM systems
  • analytical approach, team spirit and proactive communication style
  • willingness to travel regularly to client sites across Wallonia
  • fluent French and English; additional languages are an asset
