Als Project Manager Energy Transition (focus Industry) beheer je een portefeuille van energieprojecten voor industriële klanten, van batterijoplossingen en warmtekrachtkoppeling tot e-boilers. Wat ga je doen?

  • een portfolio van energy transition projecten met focus op Industry beheren
  • verantwoordelijk zijn voor de organisatie en uitvoering van projecten binnen budget, planning, veiligheidsregels en kwaliteitsstandaarden
  • technische en commerciële aanbestedingsdocumenten coördineren en opstellen
  • leveranciers en onderaannemers selecteren en de commerciële voorwaarden onderhandelen in overleg met aankoop en management
  • bepalen hoe projecten worden geïmplementeerd en de nodige middelen inzetten volgens de contractuele doelstellingen
  • tijdens de uitvoering van projecten het centrale aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten
  • projectmedewerkers aansturen in overleg met de andere projectmanagers van de afdeling
  • projectresultaten presenteren tijdens budgetcontrolevergaderingen
  • erop toezien dat het veiligheidsbeleid correct wordt toegepast
  • bestaande klanten verder ontwikkelen en actief nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteren
  • bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van de afdeling

  • masterdiploma in elektromechanica of energie
  • minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • basiskennis van industriële processen
  • kennis van contractmanagement
  • sterk in organiseren, communiceren en duurzame klantenrelaties opbouwen
  • een coachende aanpak en verantwoordelijkheidszin binnen projecten
  • zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
  • technische en economische argumenten kunnen vertalen naar onderbouwde keuzes
  • bereid om regelmatig te werken bij klanten in heel België
  • vlotte kennis van het Nederlands of Frans en een goede kennis van de andere landstaal

Being a (Assistant) Project Manager at Equans means leading technical projects that make a visible impact; on-site, at our clients’ locations, and in everyday life. You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. At Equans, you’re supported, recognized, and part of a community of over 600 passionate Project Managers.
