Als Senior Project Manager OT Cybersecurity stuur je complexe projecten aan binnen industriële automatisatie, digitalisering, IT/OT-integratie en industriële netwerken. Wat ga je doen?

  • leiden en coördineren van OT Cybersecurity-projecten van analyse en ontwerp tot implementatie en oplevering
  • beheren van scope, planning, budgetten, risico’s en resources
  • organiseren en aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams bestaande uit OT-engineers, cybersecurityspecialisten en externe partners
  • fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt voor klanten gedurende de volledige projectlevenscyclus
  • uitvoeren van projectrapportering en stakeholdermanagement op operationeel en managementniveau
  • uitwerken van technische en commerciële voorstellen rond OT Cybersecurity-oplossingen
  • identificeren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe opportuniteiten bij bestaande en potentiële klanten
  • begeleiden van cybersecurity assessments, audits en maturity trajecten binnen industriële omgevingen
  • ondersteunen van klanten bij het implementeren van cybersecuritystrategieën conform industriële normen en standaarden
  • coördineren van projecten rond netwerksegmentatie, secure remote access, asset management, monitoring en OT security governance
  • bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, compliance en projectrendabiliteit
  • coachen en ondersteunen van engineers en projectmedewerkers
  • bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze OT Cybersecurity dienstverlening binnen Equans
  • samenwerken met internationale partners en experts binnen industriële cybersecurity
  • occasioneel reizen naar buitenlandse klanten en projectlocaties binnen Europa

  • masterdiploma in automatisatie, elektromechanica, informatica of cybersecurity
  • minimum 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen industriële automatisatie, OT-infrastructuren, cybersecurity en/of projectmanagement
  • aantoonbare ervaring in het succesvol leiden van complexe industriële projecten
  • ervaring met OT Cybersecurity concepten zoals netwerksegmentatie, firewalls, remote access, monitoring en security governance
  • ervaring met budgetbeheer, contractmanagement en projectrapportering
  • ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op verschillende niveaus binnen industriële organisaties
  • sterke kennis van industriële automatiseringssystemen zoals PLC, SCADA, DCS en industriële netwerken
  • grondige kennis van OT-omgevingen en de interactie tussen IT en OT
  • kennis van industriële cybersecuritystandaarden zoals IEC 62443, NIS2 en relevante best practices is een sterke meerwaarde
  • sterke commerciële en klantgerichte mindset
  • uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • bereidheid tot occasionele buitenlandse verplaatsingen
