Als Operation Manager sta je in voor het technisch, commercieel en financieel beheer van technische energie-installaties en gebouwen. Je combineert people management met technische expertise en werkt dagelijks samen met klanten, techniekers en ploegbazen binnen een industriële omgeving waar HVAC, industriële koeling, elektriciteit, stoom, perslucht en waterbehandeling centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • instaan voor het dagelijks technisch, commercieel en financieel beheer van technische energie-installaties bij industriële klanten
  • technische teams begeleiden, ondersteunen en motiveren
  • zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie met eigen medewerkers, interne diensten, klanten en leveranciers
  • bijkomende projecten opvolgen en coördineren
  • optreden als schakel tussen het hoger management en de ploegbazen en techniekers
  • fungeren als belangrijkste contactpersoon voor de klant
  • bijdragen aan het beheer en de optimalisatie van technische installaties en energieprojecten

  • een masterdiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur elektromechanica of energie
  • een gestructureerde aanpak en een goede organisatie
  • een klantgerichte houding en een sterke teamgeest

  • het belang van veiligheid actief uitdragen binnen de onderneming
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands
