Als Project Manager/Engineer | Refrigeration & Heating Solutions werk je aan industriële koelinstallaties voor onder andere de voedingsindustrie, agro-sector en diepvriesopslag. Je combineert techniek, projectcoördinatie en samenwerking binnen een multidisciplinair team waar koeltechniek, HVAC, energie-efficiëntie en industriële installaties centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je beheert koeltechnische projecten van detailontwerp tot oplevering
  • je werkt P&ID’s uit, dimensioneert piping en selecteert koelcomponenten zoals afscheiders, pompen en andere technische onderdelen
  • je coördineert de samenwerking tussen engineering, sales, automation, installation en execution
  • je bewaakt planning, technische kwaliteit, veiligheid en budgetten
  • je ondersteunt projecten met tools zoals MS Office, SAP en AutoCAD, afhankelijk van jouw rol en expertise
  • je denkt mee over duurzame, energiezuinige en toekomstgerichte koeloplossingen voor klanten

  • masterdiploma in elektromechanica, energie, thermodynamica of een gelijkaardige technische richting of bachelordiploma met ervaring in koeltechniek, refrigeration & heating solutions, HVAC, industriële installaties of project engineering
  • ervaring binnen koeltechniek, refrigeration & heating solutions, HVAC, industriële installaties of project engineering is een plus
  • sterke technische interesse in industriële koeling, koelinstallaties, dimensionering en calculatie van componenten
  • kennis van AutoCAD is een pluspunt
  • je werkt gestructureerd, neemt ownership en behoudt overzicht over planning, kwaliteit en budget
  • je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen

Being a (Assistant) Project Manager at Equans means leading technical projects that make a visible impact; on-site, at our clients’ locations, and in everyday life. You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
