Als Automation Service Engineer werk je aan softwareautomatisering, technische ondersteuning en indienstnames bij klanten, waardoor geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde is. Wat ga je doen?

  • uitwerken van projecten met focus op softwareautomatisering, van programmeren en testen tot de indienstname bij de klant
  • opvolgen van installaties die je zelf realiseerde zodat je klanten gericht kan ondersteunen
  • bieden van service bij technische defecten
  • adviseren van klanten en collega’s over de beste oplossingen
  • werken volgens een duidelijke planning met afwisseling tussen eerstelijns support via telefoon of remote access en interventies ter plaatse bij complexere storingen
  • opnemen van de rol van Project Engineer binnen automatiseringsprojecten
  • bijdragen aan kwalitatieve oplossingen dankzij technische expertise en technologische innovatie

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • bachelor of master in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica of energietechnologie
  • ervaring met WinCC, WinCC Flex en TIA Portal
  • grondige kennis van Siemens S7, kennis van Beckhoff is een plus
  • sterke interesse in softwareautomatisering en elektromechanische toepassingen
  • klantgericht en adviserend ingesteld met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • teamspeler die initiatief neemt en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt
  • bereidheid om deel te nemen aan stand-by en ploegendiensten
  • vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende Engels om professioneel te communiceren
