Wat ga je doen?

  • leid en coördineer je industriële ICT-projecten van analyse tot oplevering
  • beheer je scope, budget, planning, kwaliteit, risico’s en resources
  • stuur je multidisciplinaire projectteams aan met ICT-specialisten, engineers en externe partners
  • ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens de volledige projectlevenscyclus
  • werk je technische en commerciële voorstellen uit voor industriële ICT-oplossingen
  • bewaak je de financiële resultaten en rendabiliteit van jouw projecten
  • verzorg je duidelijke projectrapportering naar klanten en management
  • identificeer je nieuwe opportuniteiten bij bestaande en potentiële klanten
  • ondersteun je commerciële trajecten vanuit jouw technische expertise
  • begeleid je klanten bij digitalisering en digitale transformatie
  • coördineer je projecten rond cybersecurity, networking, virtualisatie, cloud en industriële ICT-platformen
  • coach en ondersteun je engineers en projectmedewerkers
  • draag je actief bij aan de verdere groei van de afdeling
  • werk je mee aan standaardisatie, procesoptimalisatie en continue verbetering

  • een masterdiploma in Informatica, Elektronica-ICT, Toegepaste Informatica, Industriële Wetenschappen of een gelijkaardige technische richting
  • ruime ervaring in het succesvol leiden van complexe technische of industriële ICT-projecten
  • ervaring met budgetbeheer, contractmanagement en stakeholdermanagement
  • minstens 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement
  • affiniteit met cybersecurity, digitalisering, data-oplossingen, cloudoplossingen en AI-toepassingen binnen de industrie
  • sterk organisatorisch en analytisch vermogen
  • een ondernemende ingesteldheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak
  • rijbewijs B
  • een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
