Als Tester Bordenbouw (E&I) zorg je ervoor dat vermogens- en automatiseringsborden in Genk voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen. Je werkt in een technische productieomgeving waar je jouw expertise inzet om betrouwbare installaties af te leveren voor de industrie.

Jouw werklocatie: Genk.
Wat ga je doen?
- uittesten en controleren van vermogens- en automatiseringsborden volgens normen, schema’s en klantspecificaties
- uitvoeren van metingen zoals continuïteits-, isolatie- en spanningstesten met gespecialiseerde testapparatuur
- opsporen en analyseren van fouten of afwijkingen in bedrading en componenten en bijdragen aan de correctie ervan
- invullen en valideren van testprotocollen en kwaliteitsdocumenten voor de vrijgave van de borden
- nauw samenwerken met engineering- en montageteams om verbeteringen in de bouwfase te bespreken
- waken over de veiligheid in de testomgeving en interne veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt toepassen
Zie je een match met jouw troeven?
- TSO- of BSO-diploma in Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica of Automatisering, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- ervaring met het uitvoeren van elektrische testen en het analyseren van technische afwijkingen
- grondige kennis van elektrische schema’s en affiniteit met industrieel schakelmateriaal voor laagspanning
- vlot werken met digitale testprogramma’s en pc-toepassingen
- nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken met een sterk analytisch denkvermogen
- aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit in de dagelijkse werking
- het Nederlands beheers je vlot
