As a Technical Product & Sales Coordinator, you connect product development, operations and sales within a dynamic lighting environment. Zoom on the job:

  • coordinate the interaction between suppliers and sales to ensure an efficient end-to-end process
  • manage the full product lifecycle from development to market launch
  • optimise products based on market needs, sales feedback and customer requirements
  • collaborate with sales to align product and operational objectives
  • support sales teams with technical product questions
  • support clients with technical product questions
  • provide customer service support
  • analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities to improve product strategy
  • organise production, transport and customs formalities for overseas products from China and South Korea
  • implement process improvements and operational innovations
  • analyse defects and after-sales issues and identify the root cause, whether product-related, installation-related or linked to the operating environment
  • collaborate with internal support services such as Procurement
  • coordinate with suppliers on project-specific enquiries and future stock products
  • support colleagues with product-related questions
  • identify new products to strengthen the product portfolio
  • calculate product costs

Come as you are, ideally with:

  • technical graduate qualification or bachelor’s degree
  • experience within the lighting market and a good understanding of product and market trends
  • knowledge of lighting technologies, including LED, smart lighting and control systems
  • understanding of product design and manufacturing processes
  • ability to translate technical concepts clearly and document specifications accurately
  • ability to analyse challenges, make informed decisions and implement practical solutions
  • creative and innovative approach to developing solutions and improving products and processes
  • professional level of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; French is an advantage
