Als Teamleader zorg je voor een vlotte administratie, een doordachte planning en een sterke samenwerking tussen collega’s, onderaannemers en klanten. Je werkt in een technische omgeving in Sint-Denijs-Westrem waar je processen opvolgt, coördineert en mee optimaliseert.

- opstellen en beheren van de planning voor onze techniekers
- opvolgen van onderaannemers en hun planning
- klantencontact onderhouden en ondersteunen
- bewaken en opvolgen van wettelijke keuringen en certificeringen
- werken met Salesforce voor de opvolging van interne tickets
- bestellingen plaatsen en facturatie verzorgen
- meedenken over verbeteringen en voorstellen doen voor procesoptimalisaties
