Als Verwarmingstechnieker met attesten G1/G2 & L zorg je voor onderhoud, diagnoses en herstellingen van verwarmingsinstallaties bij klanten in de Brusselse regio. Je werkt vanuit de Markiesstraat in Brussel en combineert technische expertise met een directe impact op het comfort van onze klanten.

Jouw werklocatie: verschillende klantensites binnen de regio Brussel.

Jouw Equans-uitvalsbasis: Markiesstraat, Brussel.

Wat ga je doen?

  • onderhouden van verwarmingsinstallaties op gas en stookolie
  • uitvoeren van verplichte controles en afstellingen volgens de geldende regelgeving
  • analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen
  • uitvoeren van herstellingen aan verwarmingsketels en bijhorende installaties
  • uitvoeren van kleine elektrische werkzaamheden in het kader van onderhoud en depannage
  • correct rapporteren van uitgevoerde interventies
  • adviseren van klanten over het optimaal gebruik van hun installaties
  • naleven van alle veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures

  • enkele jaren ervaring als verwarmingstechnieker of onderhoudstechnieker HVAC
  • geldig attest EPB-verwarmingsketeltechnicus L voor installaties op stookolie (mazout)
  • geldige attesten EPB-verwarmingsketeltechnicus G1 en G2 voor installaties op gas
  • goede kennis van elektriciteit
  • klantgerichte en zelfstandige werkhouding
  • rijbewijs B
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans
