Als Onderhoudsmechanieker werk je bij klanten on site aan het oplossen van voornamelijk mechanische storingen en onderhoudsvragen. Je komt dagelijks in contact met uiteenlopende installaties zoals pompen, compressoren, motoren en mechanische aandrijvingen en bouwt zo verder aan je technische expertise.

Wat ga je doen?

  • monteren van machineonderdelen, dichtingen en lagers
  • meten van onderdelen en controleren van passingen
  • vervangen van lagers en assen
  • monteren en demonteren van productiegerelateerde onderdelen zoals motoren, pompen, kleppen en constructies
  • werken aan pompen, compressoren en verschillende soorten mechanische aandrijvingen
  • oplossen van voornamelijk mechanische problemen bij klanten on site
  • advies geven rond mechanisch onderhoud
  • ondersteunen bij elektrotechnische werkzaamheden wanneer nodig

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • diploma secundair onderwijs in onderhoudsmechanica, mechanica of elektromechanica
  • minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als servicetechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of (elektro-)mechanieker
  • sterke interesse in mechanisch onderhoud
  • gestructureerde werkwijze en nauwgezette opvolging van procedures
  • zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • aandacht voor veiligheid en welzijn
  • eigen wagen en rijbewijs
  • vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, meertaligheid is een pluspunt
