Als Project Manager | Small Projects bij PrimeTechnics, onderdeel van Equans, bouw je de brug tussen klant, techniek en uitvoering, waarbij je kleine HVAC-projecten met een grote impact begeleidt van offerte tot oplevering. Je werkt binnen de wereld van HVAC-installaties en krijgt de kans om je technische expertise, commerciële feeling en organisatorisch talent dagelijks in te zetten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je analyseert en beoordeelt technisch kleine HVAC-projecten tot € 75.000
  • je stelt offertes op en volgt deze commercieel op
  • je coördineert de uitvoering en bewaakt kwaliteit, timing en budget op de werf
  • je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging en voorbereiding van de facturatie
  • je onderhoudt proactief contact met klanten en bouwt aan een duurzame samenwerking
  • je werkt nauw samen met de Department Manager, project managers en Business Development Manager
  • je ondersteunt tijdens drukke periodes het team van project managers

  • ervaring met Microsoft Office, cloudtoepassingen en digitale tools
  • ervaring met Salesforce is een troef
  • een sterke technische achtergrond en kennis van HVAC-installaties
  • kennis van Smart Buildings-systemen is een pluspunt
  • financieel inzicht en gevoel voor rendabiliteit
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset
  • commerciële feeling en oog voor opportuniteiten
  • organisatorisch talent, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, kennis van het Engels is een plus

Being a (Assistant) Project Manager at Equans means leading technical projects that make a visible impact; on-site, at our clients’ locations, and in everyday life. You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. At Equans, you’re supported, recognized, and part of a community of over 600 passionate Project Managers.
