Zet je technische expertise in binnen een strategische managementrol bij één van de grootste automotive spelers van Europa. Als Operation Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele opvolging van het onderhoudscontract bij Toyota. Je combineert technische kennis, people management en contractbeheer en zorgt mee voor een optimale dienstverlening op meerdere Toyota-sites in België.

Jouw werklocatie: Toyota Motor Europe in Zaventem (2 dagen per week), Toyota Parts Centre Europe in Diest (2 dagen per week) en maandelijkse verplaatsingen naar de Toyota-site in Zeebrugge.
Wat ga je doen?
- je beheert het technisch, operationeel, commercieel en financieel luik van het Toyota-contract
- je stuurt de operationele teams op de verschillende sites aan en ondersteunt de teamleaders in hun dagelijkse werking
- je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt ervoor dat de contractuele KPI’s worden behaald
- je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Toyota en bouwt een duurzame klantenrelatie uit
- je vertaalt contractuele afspraken naar concrete operationele acties voor de teams
- je coördineert onderhoudsactiviteiten, verbeterprojecten en technische interventies
- je volgt budgetten, prestaties en rapporteringen op en stuurt bij waar nodig
- je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen techniekers, teamleaders, interne ondersteunende diensten en de klant
- je identificeert opportuniteiten voor optimalisatie en continue verbetering van de dienstverlening
- je neemt deel aan operationele en strategische overlegmomenten met de klant, waaronder de maandelijkse meeting in Zeebrugge

- masterdiploma als Industrieel Ingenieur
- een eerste ervaring in een operationele managementfunctie binnen een technische omgeving is mooi meegenomen
- sterke technische affiniteit met industriële installaties, maintenance, HVAC, elektriciteit of gebouwtechnieken
- sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om relaties op verschillende niveaus uit te bouwen
- analytisch inzicht en een resultaatgerichte aanpak
- bereidheid om regelmatig aanwezig te zijn op de verschillende Toyota-sites in België
- uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels

You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.
Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
