Als Teamleader stuur je een team techniekers aan binnen bij onze klant Toyota Parts Center en zorg je ervoor dat onderhouds- en herstellingsactiviteiten veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt verlopen. Je werkt in een technisch uitdagende industriële omgeving waar je dagelijks impact hebt op de werking van de installaties en de samenwerking met de klant.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je organiseert, plant en coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van jouw team
  • je verdeelt de opdrachten en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en deadlines
  • je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor techniekers en ondersteunt hen bij technische vraagstukken
  • je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van onderhoudsactiviteiten en interventies
  • je volgt werkzaamheden van onderaannemers mee op
  • je staat in voor een veilige werkomgeving en ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheidsprocedures
  • je onderhoudt een professionele relatie met de klant en denkt mee na over verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt voor een efficiënte werking van de installaties

  • je beschikt over een technische opleiding of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd binnen industriële onderhoudsomgevingen
  • je hebt ervaring in het aansturen, coachen of begeleiden van een team
  • je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, klanten en onderaannemers
  • je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen
  • je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je ook uitdrukken in het Engels
