Als Project Manager | HVAC bij PrimeTechnics, een bedrijf van Equans, bouw je mee aan technische HVAC-projecten en combineer je technische expertise met projectcoördinatie. Wat ga je doen?

  • technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van HVAC-projecten
  • opmaken en bewaken van projectplanningen en budgetten
  • coördineren van eigen techniekers, onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • opvolgen van HVAC-installaties en bijhorende regeltechnische systemen
  • bewaken van engineering, plannen, technische fiches en uitvoeringsdossiers
  • organiseren en leiden van werf- en coördinatievergaderingen
  • opvolgen van projectbudgetten en bewaken van de rendabiliteit
  • beheren en onderhandelen van meer- en minderwerken
  • garanderen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en uitvoeringstermijnen
  • opvolgen van testen, indienststellingen en opleveringen
  • voorbereiden van facturatie en administratieve projectafsluiting
  • onderhouden van sterke klantenrelaties en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt
  • nauw samenwerken met de Department Manager, Calculator, Engineering en uitvoeringsteams

  • sterke technische kennis van HVAC-installaties
  • ervaring met grotere technische projecten is een belangrijke troef
  • ervaring met ERP-, CRM- en cloudplatformen is een pluspunt
  • kennis van Smart Buildings, gebouwbeheersystemen (BMS) en regeltechniek is een meerwaarde
  • je analyseert moeiteloos technische plannen, lastenboeken en schema’s
  • je combineert technisch inzicht met een sterk financieel en commercieel bewustzijn
  • je werkt vlot met digitale tools en Office-toepassingen
  • je bent klantgericht, overtuigend en communicatief sterk
  • je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht
  • je neemt beslissingen en verantwoordelijkheid op
  • je hebt oog voor resultaten, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • je behoudt overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk
  • je bent een teamspeler met natuurlijk leiderschap
  • je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, kennis van het Frans en Engels is een troef

Being a (Assistant) Project Manager at Equans means leading technical projects that make a visible impact; on-site, at our clients’ locations, and in everyday life. You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. At Equans, you’re supported, recognized, and part of a community of over 600 passionate Project Managers.
