Als Operation Manager neem je het volledige operationele beheer van een technisch onderhoudscontract op voor een strategische klant binnen de financiële sector. Je combineert people management, contractbeheer, technische expertise en klantrelatiebeheer en werkt samen met teamleaders, techniekers, gespecialiseerde partners en de klant om een performante dienstverlening te garanderen binnen een kritische omgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je beheert het technisch, operationeel, commercieel en financieel luik van het contract
  • je stuurt teamleaders, techniekers en onderaannemers aan en ondersteunt hen in hun dagelijkse werking
  • je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt ervoor dat alle KPI’s en SLA-afspraken worden behaald
  • je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensrelatie uit
  • je vertaalt contractuele afspraken naar concrete operationele acties voor de teams
  • je beheert technische en administratieve dossiers en bewaakt een correcte opvolging van interventies en onderhoudswerken
  • je volgt offertes, budgetten, prestaties en rapporteringen op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • je beheert escalaties en incidenten en zorgt voor een snelle en doeltreffende oplossing
  • je identificeert opportuniteiten voor optimalisatie, innovatie en continue verbetering van de dienstverlening
  • je neemt deel aan operationele en strategische overlegmomenten met de klant

  • diploma bachelor elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • ervaring in een operationele managementfunctie binnen een technische of facility omgeving
  • ervaring met technisch contractbeheer, maintenance of facility management
  • ervaring met het aansturen van technische teams
  • sterke technische affiniteit met HVAC, elektriciteit, energievoorzieningen, gebouwtechnieken of andere kritische installaties
  • sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende prioriteiten te beheren
  • analytisch inzicht en een resultaatgerichte aanpak
  • uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands

You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
