Als Meewerkend Brigadier op de afdeling Kunststof werk je mee aan het prefabriceren, monteren en lassen van kunststofleidingsystemen binnen het departement Piping & Mechanical van Equans in Genk. Je stuurt een team aan, bouwt verder aan je technische expertise en volgt opleidingen die je laten groeien tot een echte professional.

Jouw werklocatie: Genk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • een team van 4 tot 10 medewerkers aansturen en begeleiden op de werf
  • meewerken aan het prefabriceren en monteren van kunststofleidingsystemen op basis van plannen of opmetingen
  • dagelijks leidingen lassen
  • sporadisch plaatwerk lassen
  • werken met verschillende kunststoftechnieken zoals (e-)moflassen, stomplassen, lijmen, lasföhn en extruder
  • de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken bewaken
  • klantgericht samenwerken op industriële sites
  • veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt toepassen en uitdragen binnen het team
  • deelnemen aan veiligheids- en vaktechnische opleidingen

  • diploma in een mechanische richting of ervaring in kunststofpiping
  • VCA-attest leidinggevend of bereid dit te behalen
  • ervaring in een eerste leidinggevende rol
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met verschillende profielen
  • teamgerichte ingesteldheid en aandacht voor eigen veiligheid en die van collega’s
  • goed ruimtelijk inzicht
  • gedisciplineerde werkhouding en sterke focus op kwaliteit
  • vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
